Mark Witty

Mark Witty is a passionate, experienced, and accomplished athlete and bodyworker.  Born and raised in Yorkshire, England, Mark dedicated nearly 15 years of his life serving in the British Army.  Upon leaving he moved to the United States to follow his passion of Sports Performance, Manual Therapy and Rehabilitation.  In 2012 he became a certified massage therapist through the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA.


Mark received certificates in orthopedic massage from The Center for Pain Management, Core Myofascial Therapy from the Core Institute and Movement and Mobility (Mobililty|WOD) from Kelly Starrett.  He has experience working in a variety of clinical settings with individuals, athletes, and teams at a professional and collegiate level.  Mark is an ardent believer in continuing education; he uses much time studying and mastering various techniques which he utilizes to help his diverse clientele.

Throughout his life Mark has enjoyed competing in many sports, including International Rugby with Belgium, coaching fellow athletes, and appreciating an abundance of outdoor activities.  It is this background and approach to life that enhances his knowledge and proficiency as a massage therapist.  


Mark recently relocated from Hawaii to the Dallas Fort Worth area to follow his life’s work of providing people with hands on therapy improving structural alignment, balance, flexibility, and movement patterns that encourages the restoration and promotion of optimum physical performance while reducing pain and soft tissue restrictions.​
